Can I Photocopy My Sheet Music?

It is illegal to photocopy music without a licence from the copyright owner. To photocopy without permission is to steal from the composer / author and the publisher.

Can I Transpose my sheet music?

Unfortunately, this facility is not usually available. Please email for any enquiries

Files are for personal use only and photocopying or digital distribution of any kind without a licence is prohibited

Printing from iPad / Android / tablet device.

We recommend printing from a PC or laptop rather than a tablet device

Territory of Sale

Unfortunately, some of our products are restricted in certain countries / jurisdictions for copyright reasons so you may not be able to complete your transaction if this is the case. Territorial restrictions are stated on the product page.

Refund and Return Policy
TSO House will refund or replace only under the following circumstances:
a.  The product ordered by the customer is no longer available;
b.  The product is damaged, as proof of same, such product must be returned to TSO House within seven working days
c.  If the order is cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch.
Where goods are to be returned, prior approval must be obtained from TSO House
